We are redoing this website as Silvia is remodeling her restaurant in Enfield CT.  Silvia's Restaurant now has an expanded Bar and drink specials on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.  Silvia has also added several TV's and has a dance area if you would like to step out with your sweetheart.

Silvia is from Romania and has brought a unique cuisine to Enfield CT.  She also imports Romanian Beer and Wine so if you would like to try something a little out of the ordinary, please try these.  Romania has a long tradition of making wine and brewing beer, longer than most of Europe and thousands of years longer than the USA.
