Silvia's Restaurant is a banquet location for weddings, private parties, baby showers and many family and business events.  The Thompsonville location is ideal for a private event since there is no other business here.  Unlike most restaurants that cater, you won't be in a back room and strangers won't be wandering in from the main dining room.  You will get the personalized service and privacy appropriate for your event.

Silvia's Restaurants are famous for banquets and catering.  We have 3 options for you:

  • For smaller private events, the Thompsonville Cafe location is ideal.
  • For medium sized events such as a wedding, you can reserve the main restaurant at 23 North Main Street
  • For large events, we cater at many of the local hotels.

About once a year, Silvia holds a cooking class.  As many of you know, Silvia has an internatioal reputation, has won many awards, and has even been invited to the White House kitchen.  Silvia's cooking classes are an opportunity for you to learn from a master.  These classes are scheduled when there are enough interested people, so if you would like to participate, please call Silvia and discuss a time.
